Pizza Dough


INGREDIENTS:
"00" W329 Flour, salt, extra virgin olive oil, yeast.
Preservatives free.

Pizza dough NoiPizza; was thought for bars, pubs and restaurants that want to offer pizza to their clients, or for pizzerias as well that must assure their services even if in case of need (for example there isn´t the pizza maker or there are way too many clients).
It rises from 24 to 48 hours and it offers the perfect taste of a traditional Italian pizza, it´s made with "00" flour and not a durum wheat one, that´s why it´s more digestive.


PACKAGING AND PRESERVATION:

It´s vacuum-packed in a 2-piece-packaging. If preserved at the temperature of 4° degrees it lasts 30 days, 15 if at a room-temperature.


PREPARATION:

In the wood oven it´s the same as a pizza that has just been stretched out: let it cook for 2 minutes.
In professional electric ovens: warm it up at 300° and let it cook for 3 minutes. The quicker it cooks, the more fragrant and softer.
In ovens for bars: warm it up at 250° and let it cook on a baking tray or stone using the grill.
