"Puccia"


INGREDIENTS:
"00" W329 Flour, salt, extra virgin olive oil, yeast.
Preservatives free


NoiPizza "Puccia" (soft, round loaf) is different from the "Puccia" from Lecce (a city in the South of Apulia) because it´s made of the same pizza dough with "00" flour, not with a durum wheat one. It´s flavored with olive oil and it rises 48 hours in order to guarantee its genuineness and make it digestive. And when you warm it up you can enjoy the aroma and the smell of a fresh product.


PACKAGING AND PRESERVATION:

"Puccia" is vacuum-packed in a 2-piece-packaging. If preserved at the temperature of 4° degrees it lasts 30 days, 15 if at a room-temperature.


PREPARATION:

After you have filled it, warm the "Puccia" up in the oven at 200° for 1 minute, or cook it on a griddle. Before you fill it, warm it up only in the oven.
