INGREDIENTS:
"00" W329 Flour, salt, extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes (or rosemary or green olives), oregano, yeast.

It´s the classic "Focaccia" of the Apulian tradition in 3 flavors: either with tomatoes, or with rosemary, or even with green olives. Before it´s cooked "Focaccia" rises for 24 hours and it´s an alternative for the classic sandwich or it can be used as appetizer.

PREPARATION:
Cut it into little slices and cook it at 200° in the oven if you want to eat it directly after cooking it.
On the contrary if you only have to show it, then first cut it into slices and then warm it shortly up before you serve it.
