NoiPizza was born from an idea of Filippo Davide Speranza: bring his own experience in the art of pizza into people´s places.
He already was the owner of a pizzeria and has been a pizza maker for over 15 years. He has always tried to create a product as genuine as possible.
The ingredients are the ones of the best Neapolitan tradition.
By studying every maturation and leavening process he has obtained a natural and easily digestible product since it rises naturally.

Packing it in a modified environment has guaranteed the wished effect: eating a pizza at your own place as if it had just been cooked in a pizzeria.
"Puccia" is made of the same dough: a soft , round loaf made of white flour that you can fill with whatever you like. It´s a typical Apulian dish.
